The CEO (also one of the founders) is an entrepreneur and an astute Strategic Management consultant. Prior to setting up all his companies in Ghana, the CEO worked for different companies in Europe and the United States of America as Business and Strategic Consultant especially in the area of business process reengineering, Organization Strategy and change management. With some years of experience also in the poultry industry, together with other partners founded the company in 2022 to supply high-quality day-old chicks, top quality concentrate and complete feed with exceptional support services to farmers. His extensive knowledge in management has been instrumental in establishing strong partnerships with companies (breeders) like Kuipers Breeder Ghana Limited, De Heus Ghana Limited,etc. The CEO is dedicated to driving innovation and sustainability in poultry industry. |
Nana Kwame Hamza
– Sales Representative
Nana Kwame Hamza obtained a Bachelor degree in Psychology at the University of Ghana Legon in 2023. He did his first internship at Nsawam- Adoagyiri South Akim Rural Bank. He Nana Kwame Hamza, had a one month intensive practical training in poultry management and vaccination at Kuipers Breeders Ghana Limited. He also acquired the Prevent field technician certificate in 2024. He is a Sales Representatives at Focus Akross Borders Limited
Felix Nana Yaw Agyei
– Territory Technical Sales Representative
Felix Nana Yaw Agyei completed his Bsc. Applied Chemistry programme at University for Development Studies – Navrongo in 2014. Felix Nana Yaw Agyei had his National Service at the Navrongo Health Research Centre (NHRC) on the Cook Stove Project by the Colorado University of the United States of America, where he was an Assistant Research officer. After the national service, Felix Nana Yaw Agyei was employed in the same office on the same project from 2014 to 2016, where he resigned and started his own private enterprise in Sunyani in Sanitation and General Goods. In 2016, his enterprise added a new portfolio in engineering for building and construction machinery. Felix Nana Yaw Agyei is currently a Territory Techinical Sales Officer at Focus Akross Borders Limited.
Kirk Adu Brouwn
– Technical Sales Representative
Kirk Adu Brouwn is currently a Technical Sales Officer at Focus Akross Borders Limited. He completed Osei Tutu Senior High School in Akropong and obtained a Bachelor degree in Chemistry at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He did his National Service at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital from September 2021 to August 2022 at the financial department. From December 2022 to May 2023, he worked for Touton Ghana SA, as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to improve the progress of cocoa farmers.
Philip Arthur-Bilson
– Technical Sales Representative
Philip Arthur-Bilson, graduated from GIMPA in 2014. He is a certified HSE advisor from NABOSH. Philip has worked in different companies including Fast way Agencies and Etg Ghana as Sales representative. Philip is currently working with Focus Akross Borders as a Sales representative. Philip has completed a practical training in poultry management and vaccination at Kuipers Breeders Ghana Limited.

Eva E. Tetteh is a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional with about five years of experience spanning the energy, technology and nonprofit industries. Based in Accra, Ghana, she is skilled in developing innovative strategies to drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and secure high-value partnerships. Eva combines data-driven decision-making with market research and stakeholder engagement to deliver impactful solutions that align with organizational goals. As the Founder of Beyond Broken Beginnings Foundation, Eva leads initiatives to support orphans and vulnerable children, securing partnerships with multinational organizations and amplifying advocacy efforts. In her professional career, she has excelled in various roles, including operations and business development at AI Energy Group and supervising monitoring and evaluation activities at Q8 Oil Ghana Company Limited. These experiences highlight her expertise in leadership, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration. Eva holds a Master of Science in Development Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French from the University of Ghana, Legon. Alex Appiah-Affum
– Country Sales Manager
Alex Appiah-Affum is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in the banking industry where he started as a credit officer for 6 years and then continued as a branch manager for 14 years at branches across Ghana.A graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in 1992 with honors in Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French. He underwent a one year of Highest Diploma in French, Studies at the University of Cheikh Anta Diop, Dakar – Senegal in 1991. Alex furthered his education with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast in 1997. Before his banking career, Alex dedicated 14 years to shaping young minds as a Senior High School Educator, preceded by two years of service as a National Service Person where he underwent a compulsory military training as part of the Service. He emerged as the best in NSP Cadet in Weapon Training at the Naval Base, Tema. Currently, he serves as the General Manager at Focus Akross Borders, leveraging his extensive experience in leadership, education, and finance to drive organizational success.

Aisha Mohammed
– Business Development Manager
Aisha Mohammed is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with over 20 years of experience in administration, marketing, and management. With a strong track record in driving business growth, leading multidisciplinary teams, and building lasting client relationships, she brings a wealth of expertise and strategic insight to every project.
She holds a Diploma in Marketing and Business Management from Advance Marketing College (1998–2001) and a Diploma in Secretarial Skills from both Manifold Tutorial College (2002–2004) and NVTI. Her academic background is complemented by hands-on experience across various industries.
Aisha is known for her strategic thinking, strong leadership, and effective communication skills. Highly proficient in ICT, she has played a pivotal role in setting up multiple ICT labs nationwide—demonstrating her commitment to innovation and capacity building.
